How COVID-19 Has Affected BIG Pharma's Reputation

AL Solutions has taken the top 10 best scoring pharma companies from Glassdoor during March 2019 and compared their scores today. We wanted to see how the perception of BIG pharma has changed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Companies are ranked in order of overall improvement, taking into consideration 3 variables. Although the results are correlational (i.e. we can’t be sure COVID is the reason for any change), the general rise in ‘Star Rating’ and ‘Recommend to a Friend’ scores may indicate that employees feel more positively towards their weighty employers. It’s reasonable to assume this is due to their contribution to ending the pandemic. Future efforts could analyse whether this opinion is shared externally/publicly and to what extend the media has affected the results.
