Director of Biostatistics

AL Solutions are searching for a Head of Biostatistics to join an immunology-focused Biotech.

Join one of the fastest-growing Biotech’s, in a brand-new biometrics team. You will support the growth and development of your own department as you take charge of this young and driven biotech transitioning towards an in-house biometrics team.

You will be directly liaising with the VP of Biometrics providing statistical input and operating as an SME in all biostatistics activities.

Line Management experience is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Biostatistics team
• Liaising with the Director of Biometrics in how best to develop the team
• Supporting in the recruitment of new staff
• Training of Junior staff
• Supporting in the timeline aspects and providing budgetary input

Requirements:

• 5+ years Sponsor/CRO experience
• Multiple years of Biostatistics experience
• Very good understanding of SAS
• 3+ years study leading experience
• High-level Understanding of CDISC

This opportunity is hybrid, 2 days on-site in Los Angeles, 3 days remote per week.
