Principal Biostatistician

We are working in collaboration with a small unique biostatistics consultancy that are looking for a Principal level Biostatistician to join their emerging, established team of statistical experts.

My client partners with a variety of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device orgnisations – ranging from start-ups to international market leaders.

This position can be worked remotely across the USA and offer flexible start dates.

Responsibilities:

• Perform power and sample size calculations
• Write protocols and statistical analysis plans based on input from clients
• Create and validate randomization schedules;
• Perform statistics-based review of case report forms (CRFs);
• Develop statistical programming for analyses based on SAPs
• Validate statistical results of other biostatisticians
• Review and edit written deliverables
• Attend client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in biostatistics within the Life Science sectore
• Biostatistics degree or equivalent
• Strong experience using SAS and good understanding of CDISC standards
• Proven track record of leading studies
• Previous experience working on Medical Device studies
