Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy & Launch Readiness – Oversee commercial supply chain coordination, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Supplier Management – Manage CMOs, CPOs, and 3PL providers, including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and sourcing strategies.
- Supply Planning & Inventory – Ensure execution of supply plans, inventory reconciliation, and forecasting accuracy.
- Finished Goods & Logistics – Oversee 3PL management, serialization, packaging, and distribution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of supply chain experience in Life Sciences with commercial product expertise.
- Strong knowledge of CMO/CPO management, inventory planning, sourcing, GDP, and cGMPs.
- Experience with product launches and supply chain setup in a start-up environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools.
- Prior experience leading teams and managing suppliers.

Salary Range (CA): $275,000—$295,000 USD
Travel: 10%
