AL Solutions are partnered with an innovative and rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company that is seeking an Account Manager to support the highly anticipated US launch of a groundbreaking oncology treatment. This organization has built a strong presence in oncology and hematology through strategic acquisitions of FDA-approved products, positioning itself as a leader in treating rare and aggressive diseases. With the upcoming launch of a first-in-class long-acting therapy for a chemotherapy induced complication, they are expanding their commercial team to ensure success in key US markets, including San Diego, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, ensuring strong engagement with key stakeholders in oncology, hematology, and supportive care.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IDNs, hospital networks, and specialty pharmacies to optimize market access and adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and market access, to align on strategy and execution.
- Utilize industry insights and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies and maximize market penetration.
- Work independently in the San Diego territory, with travel as needed for key meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with a strong background in oncology or hematology product launches.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key oncology stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, market access, and payer dynamics.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute high-impact commercialization plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a passion for bringing innovative therapies to market.
- No line management experience required—this role is focused on individual contribution and market engagement.
