We’re seeking an Executive Director of Business Development to take charge of North American sales efforts, managing a team of 8–10 experienced Business Development Directors. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the North American Business Development team, driving new business acquisition and strategic account growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to deliver client solutions aligned with commercial strategy
  • Secure strategic partnerships and negotiate complex contracts
  • Steer the team towards achieving ambitious revenue targets and market expansion goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience building and managing sales teams within a CRO, pharma, or biotech environment
  • A track record of success in winning new business, expanding accounts, and driving revenue growth
  • Expertise in clinical development services, commercialization strategy, and contract negotiation
  • Deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
