About the Role: Aramis Frost is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Medical Director to join his exclusive Oncology Biotech partner. This role is pivotal in driving the clinical development and medical strategy for their innovative oncology pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology, clinical research, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical development strategy for oncology programs.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of clinical trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams.
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to support regulatory submissions and interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and key opinion leader meetings.
- Mentor and develop junior medical staff.
Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful oncology clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
