AL Solutions are working in collaboration with a fast growing Oncology focused full-service CRO that are expanding their Operations across the U.S.
Our partner have a very well established team in Europe and are now looking for someone to take the lead in expanding their rapid growth in the U.S.
My client is looking for someone to focus heavily in the Boston, with proven track record selling full-service solutions in this area.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify clients and specifuc clinical trial opportunities linking to key compentencies
- Develop a strategic sales plan to penetrate the target client market in assigned territories
- Develop a robust sales pipeline of clinical trial opportunities
- Provide sales leadership working alongside the proposal and budget development, marketing and operations teams to develop high quality client documentation.
- Lead and manage the development of key client relationships
- Deliver high quality and accurate sales reporting
Requirements:
- Life Science degree or equivalent
- Proven background selling full-service CRO solutions
- Strong recent experience winning new business in the Boston area
- Extensive experience working in Oncology
- Consistency with overachieving sales targets
