What You’ll Do

• Project Coordination – Create and manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Meeting Management – Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Sourcing & Vendor Management – Support procurement of materials, vendors, and resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status updates, highlighting risks or delays.
• Stakeholder Communication – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and resolve issues.
• Quality Control – Monitor progress, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline project management strategies.
• Business Development – Partner with clients and internal teams to generate scopes of work and gather feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.

Experience

1–3+ years in pharmaceutical project management (CDMO experience strongly preferred).

Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
